Ambien is good I would say try this to see if it is right for you because it helped me out a lot.I had a fall two years ago and shattered my left knee in the process. I had surgeries to my left knee and didn’t have much relief from the surgery. My doctor gave me something to help me to sleep but the next morning I felt groggy and exhausted.
